But, actor Salman Khan has come out in support of his good friend Aamir Khan’s film. The actor took to Twitter, praising the Rajkumar Hirani directorial venture and said in his usual andazz – isn’t it an amazing film.

collection in the last couple of days. Religious groups went on a
rampage in places like Ahmedabad and Bhopal, smashing theatres that were
screening the film and demanded a ban on ‘PK’.

In Agra, protesters accused Aamir Khan of double standards and suggested the actor move to Pakistan.
Filmmaker Raju Hirani expressed his sadness and concern about the protests against ‘PK’. The director issued a statement on behalf of the ‘PK’ team, clarifying that they respect all religions and faiths.
“I appeal to the groups protesting against our film to see the film in totality and not just isolated scenes. Our intention is not to hurt anyone, or to discriminate against any religion. I would once again like to assure them that I have the highest regard towards all religions, and that we respect all religions and faiths,” said Raju Hirani in his statement.
