P.K. has Aamir Khan playing a stranger in the city who asks questions no one has asked before. His innocent questions and his actions, which are considered indecent and improper, earn this stranger the wrath of the people who keep asking him ‘PK Hai Kya’ (Are you drunk?).
So the name PK sticks.
